Ian and Kim were amazing hosts! My group and I were absolutely delighted by the Branch Frog Hollow. It was the perfect size for our group of 5, cozy and beautiful, with everything you could ask for. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked for any cooking needs, unlike most AirBnBs I've stayed and all the amenities were exactly as shown! Sitting in the hot tub at night with the string lights on, when it was single digits out, was truly a magical experience. Ian and Kim were incredibly proactive when a small issue arose, made sure to check in on us without being intrusive, and provided wonderful recommendations for the area. All my whole group could say about our trip was how perfect a cabin we found! We would all Stay with Branch again!

Beautiful house, peaceful location. As explained in the listing, if driving in snow, you will need a 4x4 vehicle! House was squeaky clean, lots of cozy touches and a sweet snack basket in the kitchen waiting for us. Host was very responsive and proactive.

Ian was an incredible host. Super responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely made the whole stay feel effortless from start to finish. The house itself was spotless and clearly well cared for. Everything felt fresh, clean, and comfortable the moment we walked in. My favorite part was the deck! Sitting out there with my morning coffee, surrounded by quiet and privacy, was exactly what I wanted. It had that peaceful “reset” vibe that makes a weekend getaway actually feel like a getaway. Location wise, it’s perfect. You’re close enough to downtown Berkeley Springs to pop in for coffee, food, and exploring, but you also feel tucked away. Plus, being so close to The Woods Resort is a huge bonus. I would absolutely stay here again, and if you’re on the fence, book it. This place is the kind of find you hope is still available when you go back to check the calendar!

We had the best time on our girls trip! The place was perfect for making memories, and the host was super attentive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Everything was easy and stress-free. We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Such a peaceful, cozy little cabin with a great modern feel. Ian and StaywithBranch were friendly, proactive, and very responsive. The easy to follow directions made finding the house easy. The location is amazing, a quick 8 minute drive into town but otherwise tucked away for peace, quiet, and privacy. We loved the well stocked kitchen, cozy living room, private deck with hot tub, and had a lot of fun with the record player. Everything was spotless and matched the pictures. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better home for such a special occasion. We were in town for our son’s wedding, and the house comfortably accommodated 10 adults and 3 young children with plenty of space for everyone to relax and gather together. The home was very well appointed, thoughtfully set up, and perfect for a large group. Everything we needed was there, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were fantastic, communicative, responsive, and prompt in answering all of my questions leading up to check-in, which made the entire experience smooth and stress free. We’re very grateful for such a great stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others, especially families or larger groups looking for space, comfort, and great hosts.

This is a fantastic Airbnb! Well worth the small additional cost compared to other rentals or inns in the area. We’ll be coming back during other seasons for sure!

Spent a long weekend to celebrate a family wedding. Location to venue was very close. House was big and spacious and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The host communicated promptly with us. Kitchen had everything we needed to fix a few meals.

Awesome place for both indoor and outdoor activities. Hosts communicated proactively. Property well maintained with lots of newly updated appliances. Had board / card games, vinyl record player, and smart tvs which were useful on a rainy day when not using hot tub or sauna. Instacart delivers to this location - but came with a few basic spices / oils and household items.

The cabin was the perfect and beautiful setting for our mini family getaway. It's also close to Berkeley Springs (~30 min), so we were able to enjoy a dip in the hotsprings at the Old Bathhouse George Washington would frequent. We only stayed a short while but the memories playing boardgames indoors and hanging out by the campfire in the backyard will last a lifetime :)
