We had such a nice time at the Frog Hollow. Not only was it gorgeous inside, very esthetically pleasing, but it was so cute and comfortable outside that we spent plenty of time soaking in the outdoor beauty too! It met all of our needs enough space for our 2 families. Enjoyed by adults and kids alike! Thank you for having us!

The cabin was the perfect and beautiful setting for our mini family getaway. It's also close to Berkeley Springs (~30 min), so we were able to enjoy a dip in the hotsprings at the Old Bathhouse George Washington would frequent. We only stayed a short while but the memories playing boardgames indoors and hanging out by the campfire in the backyard will last a lifetime :)

One of the best places we’ve ever rented! This cabin was so clean & well stocked. The beds, bedding & towels were not only soft and comfortable, they were plentiful. The cabin was well stocked with everything for a fire & smores, jacuzzi and grills. The location is not very far from downtown and cute restaurants & cafes to walk around. The girls loved the decor so much that one sent is the link for all the items you can source them and she’s going to re-do her son’s room! Truly perfect in every way!

Our family loved Frog Hallow house! Such a cozy and beautiful space tucked away in the woods. We really felt like we got away and we're easily able to relax in the comfort of the home. Our hosts thought of everything which made it so easy for us to just plan the trip and relax upon arrival. We enjoyed all the spaces. The wide open living room and kitchen, the hot tub, the deck, and the firepit area were our family favorites. The bedrooms are so cozy and comfortable and the beds were amazinly comfortable. With dowtown Berkeley Springs, Coolfont and Cacapon State Park being just minutes away the location was perfect, and while we felt miles away it was great to be in such a convient location. We had a great time and would happily book again. Thank you for everything!

This cabin was the perfect get away. They thought of everything, games, toiletries, coffee, lighting. We had everything we needed including recommendations for local to dos and where to eat. We uses the hot tub daily, visited the pool and enjoyed the fire pit. We were too chicken for the cold plunge but loved the option. Danielle was also extremely communicative when I couldn't find something. I highly recommend @staywithbranch and hope to return.

Stayed over a three day weekend in mid may, and had a lovely time. The place was nice and clean, always a pleasant surprise and there were really good cookies upon arrival (thanks!). Have stayed in numerous types of vacation properties and sometimes properties have grimey, dusty crevices that just give a bit of and icky feeling even when the place has been cleaned. It's a really cool looking place, striking with its A-frame shape and deep black color. Id love to be there during a big snow day. The outdoor area with the deck, and fire pit is very impressive looking. There is plenty of space for 8 out here, or even a few more if they weren't spending the night. The fire pit has tools and a wood pile so you can enjoy immediately, the faux stump side tables are very cute and super practical, and the Adirondack chairs are large and comfy. We did not try the cold plunge, but the hot tub was nice and easy to operate. On clear nights admiring the stars from there is perfection. The outdoor area also has good lighting, not too much, not too little. Home was setup nicely and included lots of decor, something you don't always get in a rental. I also never realized the challenge hanging art on a A-frame wall, impressive. Board games, chess table, marble maze, record player (with records!) lots of pillows and throws made it feel welcoming and cozy, not like sterile artifacts. Details are something that really speak to me and I loved seeing what they chose like the vintage skis by the door. The layout was perfect for us 2 adults and 2 teens, and I didn't realize there was also a pullout couch. Plenty of a/c units to keep each area cool, and showers had nice hot water and plenty of pressure. Lots of towels, both for bathing and hot-tubing. There are signs warning of sensitive pipes for the toilets, but we didn't experience any issues. Kitchen was furnished well, no finding out after the fact that there's no spatula etc. Different than many rentals I've seen before, there was no food/ingredients left behind, which I felt leant to feel of cleanliness, with the exception of a drawer filled with K-cups, which my teens loved! The weekend we spent there was rainy and there are some low areas on either side of the home that held water, but nothing we couldn't navigate around. You can see that this place has been well curated and designed and was a great spot to spend some time in nature while still being just 10 minutes from food/shopping/entertainment. Overall, the thoughtful touches and comfy furnishings made this a total winner. EASY access with numeric lock and pin that I never had to fuddle with. I would absolutely recommend this place and would definitely return if I'm in the area.

This was our 2nd time staying here, because we love it so much. There truly isn’t anything more you need in a house. The kitchen is well appointed, the hot tub is great and arcade area is fun. Plenty of square footage so everyone can have their own space, if needed. We enjoy the area of Berkley Springs. The house is well maintained with lots of attention to detail.
